Grand vehicle rally organized at Jamshedpur on the occasion of Gudi Padwa

More than 10,000 devout Hindus gathered
together, participation of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti

Devout Hindu participated in the vehicle rally

Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) –With the initiative of ‘Hindu Utsav Samiti’, a grand vehicle rally was organized on the eve of the New Year. The rally was named as ‘Hindu Navvarsha Yatra’ and various devout Hindu organizations along with Hindu Janajagruti Samiti participated in it. More than 10,000 devout Hindus gathered together because of the rally. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti distributed pamphlets regarding New Year and also created awareness on Dharma through the banners displayed.


On the occasion of the New Year, entire city was decorated with saffron flags. Huge banners giving well-wishes for the New Year and welcoming the vehicle rally were posted at various places within the city. The shopkeepers closed their shops present in the path of the rally, and participated in the rally.

Worship of the flag of Dharma by Sanatan Sanstha

Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) – Worship of the flag of Dharma was performed by Sanatan Sanstha in the premises of Sakchi Sheetala temple on Chaitra Shuddha Pratipada (i.e. Hindu New Year). Sanatan’s seeker Shri. B. B. Krushna and his wife Mrs. Ashwini were the hosts performing the worship and Shri. Sudama Sharma recited the rites. Sanatan’s seekers and devout Hindus were present at the occasion. Exhibition of holy texts published by Sanatan Sanstha was organized at the venue and many curious people benefited from it. The committee of the Sakchi Sheetal temple extended their support for this celebration.


Jamshedpur’s Deputy Superintendent of Police Shri. Anudeep Singh paid a visit to the exhibition of holy texts. He apprised himself of the importance of worship of flag of Dharma and also praised the activities of Sanatan Sanstha at the occasion.
