Awhane Budruk is a village is situated in Nagar District, at a distance of 17 kilometres from Pathardi village. Shri Ganesh temple from this village located on the banlks of River Avani, is quite famous. The idol of Deity Ganesh in this temple is in sleeping posture and facing the south. Such a rare idol is not available anywhere else in Maharashtra. This Ganapati is believed to be a partial seat of the Morgaon Ganapati, one of the eight Vinayaks.
