Sanatan’s Holy texts contain matter in a scientific language (depicted through charts, percentages, graphs etc.) Also, the arrangement of the content is in the systematic manner.
4A. Example of representation in percentages : Importance of the components of eight-fold spiritual practice in vyashti (Individual) and samasthi (Collective) spiritual practice as per Gurukrupayoga (Path of Guru’s grace)

3B. Varied range of publications
Under Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale’s guidance Sanatan has published books on spirituality, Dharma, Deities, awakening of Dharma, protection of the nation and more in 13 languages.
4. Propounded Gurukrupayoga
4A. In sectarian spiritual practice every individual, irrespective of their temperament, is prescribed the same spiritual practice. Due to this spiritual progress is slower. Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale realised this limitation and propounded Gurukrupayoga based on fundamental and universal principles of spirituality. In Gurukrupayoga, spiritual practice is tailor-made and recommended based on the principle – There are as many temperaments as there are people, and s corresponding number of Paths of spiritual practice.
4B. Gurukrupayoga is an eight-fold spiritual practice (Elimination of personality defects, elimination of ego, chanting, satsang, satseva, bhav, tyag, priti).
5. Expansive goal of a Hindu Rashtra (Divine kingdom)
Sachchidananda Prabrahman (Dr) Athavale envisioned a world where every jiva would be aware of their ultimate goal (Goa-realisation) and would be encouraged to work towards it. In 1998, He started working towards this goal – the Hindu Rashtra. The term is Hindu is understood as ‘हीनान् गुणान् दूषयति इति हिंदुः ।’ – those who destroy their inferior Raja-Tama oriented attributes are called as Hindus. So a nation made of such sattvik individuals is called as Hindu Rashtra.
6. Establishment of Sanatan Sanstha
In 1999, Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale established the Sanatan Sanstha trust to spread the science of spirituality. Sanatan’s mission encompasses the following goals –
6A. Helping people recognise that destiny and influence of negative energies are the root causes of their physical, mental and spiritual distress. Recommending appropriate spiritual practice as a permanent remedy to their distress.
6B. Guiding the inquisitive and seekers towards God-realisation and not letting them get stuck in sakam sadhana (Spiritual practice performed with expectations of worldly gains). So instead of suggesting spiritual remedies on worldly problems or to achieve material gains, providing guidance at the spiritual level on their spiritual practice.
6C. Finding out physical, mental and spiritual hindrances with respect to the distress and difficulties in spiritual practice and suggesting appropriate remedies.
6D. Organizing satsangs and public discourses, spreading spirituality in pilgrimages like Kumbh Mela, performing Yajnas for eliminating obstacles in the propagation of Dharma, performing rites, participating in debates on television channels to express views in favour of Dharma and organising ‘training workshops’ to prepare spokespersons for such debates.
6E. Acquiring knowledge which is beyond the comprehension of the intellect (from known to unknown) through meditation or obtaining knowledge through subtle dimension.
Sanatan Sanstha’s website – Sanatan.org – has content on various subjects like science of spirituality, Hindu Dharma, Deities, spiritual practice, code of conduct, and more. It is available in Marathi, Hindi, Gujarathi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Nepali and English.

As of March 2025, 132 seekers have attained Sainthood and thousands of seekers who have attained spiritual level of 60% and above are rapidly progressing towards Sainthood.

Most sects only have information published about their Gurus or spiritual leaders, not about their disciples. Since Sachchidananda Parabrahman Dr. Jayant Athavale has nurtured many Saints and seekers, abundant writings on the guidance given by Sanatan’s Saints and seekers, their thoughts, poems by them, spiritual experiences of other seekers with regards to them are published. Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale is perhaps the only Guru in recent times who is compiling biographies of Sanatan’s Saints (who are His Disciplies).

Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale, experiencing the sayings of Saint Rahim
‘I experience Saint Rahim’s saying ‘एकै साधे सब सधै |’ daily, which means If you focus on one thing and attain it, everything else will be taken care of. In my context, the ‘one thing’ is ‘blessings of God’ and ‘everything else taken care of’ means being able to perform sevas in various fields. Despite not having any knowledge in various subjects e.g., drawing, music, sculpture, scientific research etc., I am able to guide seekers on these topics.’
