It generates heat in the body and reduces chronic fever. Although its usage is mentioned here, the treatment may differ according to the physical constitution, region, season and other ailments. Hence, take the medicine as advised by the doctor.

|A. Chronic fever, enlarged spleen, frequent dysentery, weakness, piles, lack of appetite, excessive bleeding during menses, white discharge (leucorrhea) & ailments of the eyes||Mix 1-2 tablets, 2 pinches of pimpali churna along with 1 spoon honey. Consume this twice-a-day with 1 small bowl of milk. Do
not eat / drink anything for 1 hour before & after taking the medicine.

|B. Urticaria and itching due to cold wind during monsoons & winter season||Consume 2-4 tablets along with ½ spoon honey, 2-3 times-a-day. Also, consume 1 spoon triphala powder with a little water before sleeping at night. Mix ¼ spoon pepper powder with 2 spoons of ghee and apply this all over the body.||7 to 15 days|
|C. Fever in small children||Give ½ tablet to a child who is 3 years or below & 1 tablet to a child who is above 3 years with ½ spoon honey 2-3 times-a-day.||5 days|
A. Stop taking this medicine if you experience ulcers in the mouth, burning sensation all over the body after having consumed this medicine.
B. Effectiveness of the tablet increases when it is consumed by chewing or taken in powder form.
3. For better efficacy of powder
Avoid consuming eatables made from maida (refined wheat flour) and besan (Gram-flour) and avoid eating sour, salty, too oily or pungent preparations; Ice-cream, molasses, curds, paneer, cheese; stale-food, eating at an inappropriate time and in excess; going out in the Sun, staying awake at night.
