As per Ayurveda in the present period diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, vitamin deficiencies, obesity, extensive skin diseases, cold, different types of allergies, joint pain, swelling of the body, hormonal disorders such as thyroid disorders, poor digestion, constipation, piles etc occur due to the fire element within the body being covered with black energy or its reduction.
Burning in the throat, chest or stomach, burning during urination, boils appearing on the body; eyes, hands or legs becoming warm, excessive menstrual bleeding, passing blood in stools are some symptoms of increased heat in the body.
‘When doing daily chores or when travelling, we have to lift weights of different kinds at multiple occasions. When lifting them either consciously or unconsciously there is strain on the body.
Physiotherapy is used for alleviating the pain from the aching body part, muscle or bone. Exercise and Physiotherapy are two different things.
God Himself created Ayurveda (Veda related to health) when creating the universe. Hence the principles of Ayurveda are applicable from the time of creation of the universe.

Like the universe, the human body too is made up of Pruthvi, Apa, Tej, Vayu and Akash – the Panchatattvas (The five Cosmic Principles). These are also called Panchamahabhutas.
