There is a village named Ekchakranagari, from the Mahabharat era, located at a distance of 27 kilometres from Jalgaon city in the taluka of Erandol. The ancient name of Erandol is Eranvel or Arunavati and it is situated on the banks of river Anjani. Before the war of Mahabharat, the Pandavas lived in this village of Ekchakranagari while in exile.
