Satsang 20 : C1 and C2 type of auto-suggestion techniques

C1 type of auto-suggestion helps to impress the sanskar of chanting on our mind. In C-2 auto-suggestion technique, we take help of self-punishments like pinching oneself when inappropriate actions / reactions are expressed repeatedly despite giving auto-suggestions through other techniques.

Satsang 19 : B2 auto-suggestion technique

We use B1 technique when it is possible to alter the personality defects of the other person or alter their adverse situation thereby reducing our stress. On the contrary if it is not possible to alter the personality defects of the other person or alter their adverse situation we use B2 technique.

under the personality defect removal process, we have learnt about the ‘A-1’, ‘A-2’ and ‘A-3’ autosuggestion methods, we will try to learn about B1 autosuggestion. At times we are affected by the behaviour of others and we even make mistakes.
