Sanatan Sanstha’s innocence proven again; Conspiracy of ‘Hindu Terrorism’ exposed!

Mumbai – The Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed in 2011 to declare Sanatan Sanstha a ‘terrorist organization’ and ban it, has finally been withdrawn by the petitioners in disgrace. In this prolonged legal battle that lasted for 14 years, the petitioners failed to produce even a single piece of evidence of terrorism against the organization. After the Hon’ble Bombay High Court reprimanded the petitioners in stern words, stating, “There is no basis to hear this petition. Will you withdraw it, or shall we dismiss it?”, the petitioners unconditionally withdrew their plea. This is not just a victory for Sanatan Sanstha, but a triumph of truth, justice, and devotion to Dharma. Our faith in the judiciary has once again been vindicated. We are grateful to the Almighty God, the judiciary, our Guru, and the advocates who fought for us in this case, said Mr. Abhay Vartak, the spokesperson for Sanatan Sanstha, following the verdict.

Mr. Abhay Vartak, Spokesperson, Sanatan Sanstha

On behalf of Sanatan Sanstha, the case was argued by President of the Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad (HVP) Advocate Virendra Ichalkaranjikar, HVP’s Secretary Advocate Sanjeev Punalekar, as well as Senior Advocate Subhash Jha, Advocate Aloukik Pai, and Advocate Vasant Bansode. For the past decade and a half, the ‘ecosystem’ of the Congress, Nationalist Congress Party, and leftist ideologies has targeted Sanatan Sanstha, creating a false narrative of ‘Saffron Terror’. Who will compensate for the immense damage caused to Sanatan Sanstha and the tremendous mental anguish suffered by thousands of innocent seekers between 2008 and 2025? Throughout this period, Sanatan Sanstha maintained complete faith in the Indian judicial system and cooperated with all investigation agencies with utmost restraint. This was an attempt to repeat history, similar to how false allegations were made and a ban was imposed on the country’s largest nationalist organization, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), which the judiciary has thwarted, Mr. Vartak added.

The demand to declare Sanatan Sanstha a terrorist organization and ban it was first made by the Nationalist Congress Party in 2008, after which the Congress went to great length to popularize the term ‘Hindu Terrorism’. However, Sanatan Sanstha has been proven innocent every time. Sanatan Sanstha was first implicated in the 2008 Gadkari Rangayatan blast case, but the court found the organization innocent. Later, in the 2009 Madgaon bomb blast case in Goa, the Congress government also implicated Sanatan Sanstha. In this case as well, a special sessions court in 2013 affirmed Sanatan’s innocence and even criticized the investigating agencies. An attempt was also made to target and frame Sanatan Sanstha in the Dr. Dabholkar murder case in 2013, but that too proved futile. All these cases were part of a larger conspiracy to prove ‘Hindu Terrorism’ and eliminate Sanatan Sanstha.

Time (God) has given a fitting reply to those who tried to destroy an organization dedicated to the work of God. Even during these difficult times, Sanatan Sanstha’s work for the Nation, Dharma, and society has continued to grow, and it recently celebrated its silver jubilee year. The court has acquitted Sanatan; however, the fight against anti-Sanatan Dharma forces, that is, against this ‘ecosystem,’ is not yet over. There is a need for all the Hindus to unitedly fight this battle, Mr. Abhay Vartak also stated.
