Sangli – The cultural value of being together in happiness and in sorrow originates from the joint family system. The joint family system is an excellent system for celebration of Holy festivals and festivities and through it religious and social closeness grows. That is precisely why to create a cultured society the joint family system is essential is what Sanatan Sanstha seeker and Sanskrut teacher Mrs. Sampada Amit Patankar said when speaking during the family get-together programme of the Shri Vishwakarma Suvarnakar Samaj held at Krishna Lawns (Mai Ghat) behind the Shri Ganapati temple here. The function was attended by 150 people.
