Drive stress-free, avoid accidents !

Sanatan Sanstha conducted a session on ‘Importance and Remedies for Stress-Free Mindset’ for trainees at the National level renowned Institute of Driving Training and Research (IDTR) in Pimpri-Chinchwad. Driving is not just a physical act but a process demanding mental focus. A calm mind is crucial for ambulance or heavy vehicle drivers to prevent accidents.

Smt. Hemlata Khedkar from Sanatan Sanstha gave presentation along with a lecture to 80 trainees, including ambulance drivers, heavy vehicle operators, and women cab drivers. She explained physical and mental causes of stress and shared an effective trio: Namajap, Pranayam, and Self-Suggestion. Namajap stabilizes the mind, Pranayam supplies oxygen to the brain, and self-suggestions build confidence and curb wrong reactions.
During this session a Kolhapur trainee Shri. Dattatray Sutar shared mistakes like forgetting handbrake under trainer pressure; guidance on boosting confidence via self-suggestions was provided. While Dr. Simran Keswani recounted positive experiences with brief mental relaxation. With support from IDTR Director Shri. Sanjay Sasane and trainer Shri. Dinesh Mandore, trainees expressed satisfaction over learning mental stress relief alongside regular training.
Sanatan Sanstha prioritizes spiritual progress of individuals, society, nation, and Dharma through spiritual outreach, social service, nation protection, and Dharma awakening initiatives.
