
Kurundwad (Kolhapur District), August 30, 2019 (news) – At Mumbai, Pune and Kurundwad different social organisations distributed food grain, clothes, day-to-day essential commodities and educational material to 300 needy flood victims from Mumbai, Pune, Kurundwad. In addition 100 children from anganwadis were given clothes and eatables. Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti played an active role in this social service.
This was commenced by District Collector Mr. Mahesh Lambe, Mr. Paresh Vaity of Sanatan Sanstha, social workers Mr. Snehal Kale and other dignitaries. Dr. Umesh Lambe (allopathic practitioner) of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Dr. (Mrs.) Megha Lambe (allopathic practitioner) of Sanatan Sanstha, Ms. Nikita Gawas from Mumbai, Mr. Ramesh Vashikar, Mr. Nikhil Vishwasrao, Mr. Prasad Gawas and Mr. Tejas Kale too participated In this campaign.
