There is no alternative to spiritual practice for protection from the terrible period of crisis, so augment spiritual practice and win the grace of God

As for the past few days Maharashtra and Karnataka has been hit by torrential rains some districts are flooded trapping several and damaging property worth millions. Along with the Government machinery several social, patriotic and Dharma loving organisations have come forward to help among which Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti are playing a major role. They are supplying food, food grain, clothes, drinking water and other essential commodities besides medicines and medical help to flood victims. In addition they are explaining the importance of spiritual practice and chanting to them. Details of this are given further.

Mr. Kiran Duse, Mr. Santosh Sangar, Mr. Prathamesh Gawde from Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and devout Hindus Mr. Umesh Yelwade and Mr. Mahesh Yelwade participated in this actively.

Hindu Janajagruti Samiti volunteers and Sanatan seekers help flood victims

Tasgaon – On behalf of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and Sanatan Sanstha 700 flood victims from Dhangaon in Burungwadi in Palus taluka, from Malwadi those in Nimani and those from Burligaon and Chougule colony were helped on behalf of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and Sanatan Sanstha with biscuit pakckets, bhadang and water bottles. Mr Shankar Rajmane, Deepak Ghodke, Rajendra Mali, Kiran Pol and devout Hindus Mr. Ajit Patil, Santosh Patil, Shankar Patil, Bhagwan Gurav, Shashikant Koli and Mrs. Anita Koli were present with other volunteers and seekers.

Ingli village with a population of about 8000 people has been hit totally by floods. Before help by volunteers of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and Sanatan Sanstha ‘s seekers here, help was not received from elsewhere. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti organised a 4 day campaign there from 9th to 12th August. Flood victims were grateful for this assistance. After the campaign one flood victim here Mr. Vikas Khot said, ‘We had only heard about the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and Sanatan Sanstha missions. Your services rendered here are indeed appreciated.
