Sanatan Sanstha organises ‘Shatachandi Yajna’ in Goa

Ponda (Goa) – Sanatan Sanstha has organized a ‘Shatachandi Yajna’ on the very next day of the ‘Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnaad Mahotsav’ for India’s victory in the ongoing Indo-Pakistan war. It will be performed by 25 priests in the period of three days from 20th to 22nd May 2025. The ritual is open to all citizens and citizens from all over the country and abroad will participate in it, informed Chetan Rajhans, National Spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha, in a press release.

The Shankhnaad Mahotsav will be held from 17th to 19th May 2025 to announce the beginning of Sanatan Rashtra, on Goa College of Engineering’s ground in Ponda, Goa. Shatchandi Yajna will be held on the very next day.

This press release further states:

1. The yajna will be held on May 20th from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.; on May 21st from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and on May 22nd from 8.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.

2. The people participating in this yajna will pray for the victory of India. The Shatchandi yajna, which will be held for the protection and victory of India, Devbhumi (the land of Gods), tapobhumi (the land of austerities), the land of avatars and the only eternal nation on earth, will include collective recitation of Saptashati, yajna rituals, offerings (aahuti) and purnahuti etc.

3. Prior to this yajna, from 17th to 19th May 2025, the ‘Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnaad Mahotsav’ will feature discussions, gatherings of Saints and other awareness programmes by important dignitaries about the protection of the nation, Dharma and Hindu community.
