Sanatan Sanstha’s Dr. Sayali Yadav’s guidance on the topic Remedies for stress in adverse situations

Online symposium of doctors from Mumbai, Thane, Palghar, Raigad and Gujrat

Mumbai – The current state of the society and the nation has been deteriorated due to fear, insecurities, corruption and many other reasons. Homeopathy medicine states that before a disease affects the physical body, it affects the mind first. A person’s health is dependent on his physical, mental and spiritual health. Hence, along with a person’s physical and mental health, a thought should also be given on his social and spiritual health. And thus, until we don’t study about the state of Nation and Dharma, we would not be able to think about the health of a person living in a society. Sadguru Dr.CharuduttaPingle, National Guide, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti while speaking in the seminar conveyed to other doctors that along with an individual’s health it is also important to pay attention to the state of Nation and the Dharma. He gave guidance to the doctors participating in the symposium on the topic, ‘The current state of the Nation and the Dharma and doctor’s contribution’. This symposium was organised for the doctors from Mumbai, Thane, Palghar, Raigad and Gujrat by the Sanatan Sanstha and the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti.

More than 100 doctors participated in it. The symposium started with blowing of conch, recitation of verses from Vedas and prayers. Dr. Jyoti Kale from Pune told everyone about the objective of the symposium. The hosting of the seminar was done by Dr. Mamta Desai from Mumbai. No option other than performing spiritual practice
to face the adverse times ! – Dr. Sayali Yadav, Sanatan Sanstha

Dr. Sayali Yadav from Mumbai, while giving guidance on the topic ‘Remedies for stress in adverse situations’ in the seminar said, ‘Currently due to the corona pandemic, whole world has become incapacitated. The philosophers from the world over are saying that a world war may happen any time. Along with man-made disasters, people are also facing natural disasters. Saints are far sighted. Many Saints along with founder of Sanatan Sanstha, Paratpar Guru Dr. Athavale have suggested everyone to perform spiritual practice considering the severity of the adverse times. If we are blessed with the God’s blessings, then only will it be possible for us to be protected in these adverse times. It is necessary that everyone performs spiritual practice to face these adverse times’.

Mr. Sunil Ghanwat of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti called upon to all the participating doctors to involve in the social services by actively participating in First Aid training sessions, medical camps, medical programmes etc for the society. He also advised them to perform spiritual practice to increase the spiritual strength. An enthusiastic response from the doctors was received in regards to meeting together every fifteen days through conference call.
