In 2013, the then Congress government made amendments in the Waqf Board law thereby giving Muslims infinite rights. This amendment gave the Waqf Board the power to declare any piece of land as theirs, not limited to the land belonging to temples and trusts.

On the topic of increasing conversions in East and North-East India, a seminar was held on the sixth day of Online’ 9th All India Hindu Rashtra Convention. Hindus are facing several problems in a country where Hindus are in majority. One of the problems is related to conversions, which is faced by Hindus on a large scale, in the East and North-East part of India.

While the secular brigade appealed for legal action against a Hindu man who refused to accept food parcel from Zomato’s Muslim delivery boy, preaching that ‘food has no religion’, today, the ‘Halaal certification system’ of Islamic laws is applicable in India not only on non-vegetarian food, but even on vegetarian items, beauty products, medicines, hospitals, housing colonies, dating sites, etc.

9th All-India Hindu Rashtra Convention (Online) begins

Every year the Convention is held at Ponda, Goa; however, due to Corona pandemic, it is being held ‘Online’ this year. ‘Online all-India Hindu Rashtra Convention’ will be held from 30th July to 2nd August and from 6th to 9th August 2020 with timing of 6.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. and is open for all.
