Sanatan Sanstha confers ‘Hindu Rashtra Ratna’ and ‘Sanatan DharmaShree’ awards !

During the grand ‘Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav’ held from 17th to 19th May 2025 at Ponda, Goa, Sanatan Sanstha had announced that it would confer the ‘Hindu Rashtra Ratna’ and ‘Sanatan Dharmashree’ awards to those who have made exceptional contributions in the fields of Dharma and National service.

Among the awardees, Advocate (Pujya) Hari Shankar Jain, President of Hindu Front for Justice, Delhi, was felicitated with the ‘Hindu Rashtra Ratna’ award. Kapil Mishra, Delhi’s Minister for Art and Culture; Vipul Shah, noted filmmaker and director from Mumbai; Advocate Sanjeev Punalekar, National Secretary of Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad; Gaurishankar Mohta of Geeta Bhavan, Rishikesh and renowned sculptor Pramod Kamble from Ahilyanagar, were honoured with the ‘Sanatan Dharma Shree’ award.

Adv. (Pujya) Hari Shankar Jain has led tireless legal battles for the liberation of prominent Hindu temples such as Shri Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya, Kashi, Mathura, and Bhojshala, offering his services free of cost. In recognition of his unwavering commitment, he was honoured with the ‘Hindu Rashtra Ratna’ award in Delhi at the hands of Sadguru (Dr.) Charudatta Pingale, National Guide of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. Accepting the award, Adv. Jain expressed, “Receiving this award has energized me. As long as I live, I will strive for the complete liberation of our temples.”

Kapil Mishra, through the ‘Hindu Ecosystem’ initiative, has successfully united writers, professors, scientists, artists, historians and devotees on a common platform for the cause of Dharma and the nation. He also played a key role in assisting Hindus during the Delhi riots. For his impactful contribution, he was honoured in Delhi by Sadguru (Dr.) Pingale. Expressing his thoughts, Minister Kapil Mishra said, “The clarion call of the Shankhnad Mahotsav held in Goa will resonate for years. I sincerely hope such an event should be held in Delhi as well.”

Shri Gaurishankar Mohta of Geeta Bhavan, Rishikesh was also felicitated by Sadguru Dr. Pingale with the ‘Sanatan Dharma Shree’ award for his service to spirituality.

Filmmaker Vipul Shah has brought sensitive issues like Love Jihad and Naxalism into the public consciousness through his films “The Kerala Story” and “Bastar: The Naxal Story.” These films, rooted in real-life events, not only achieved commercial success but also sparked widespread awareness. He was felicitated in Mumbai by Sadguru Anuradha Wadekar of Sanatan Sanstha. In his address, Vipul Shah stated, “I am deeply moved and honoured to receive the Sanatan Dharma Shree award. This award will inspire me to continue making films that serve the Hindu community and spread awareness.”

Advocate Sanjeev Punalekar, known for his unwavering legal support to innocent Hindus falsely accused during the so-called “Hindu terror” narrative under the Congress regime, provided free legal aid in high-profile cases such as the Malegaon and Madgaon bomb blasts. He fearlessly presented the truth and protected many innocent lives. He was felicitated in Mumbai by Sadguru Anuradha Wadekar. Speaking on the occasion, Advocate Punalekar said, “This award is a recognition not just of me but of all the lawyers who stood for truth alongside me. Until Hindu Rashtra is established, we will not rest.”

Renowned sculptor and painter Pramod Kamble was felicitated in Nagar by Sadguru Nandkumar Jadhav. Kamble has created iconic works including: 10 grand sets based on the life of Swaminarayan for Swaminarayan Mandir, over 500 pencil sketches of great Indian personalities under the title “Saare Jahaan Se Achha”, several statues of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, a 70-foot tall idol of Sai Baba in Shirdi’s Prasadalaya, and 125 rathas depicting the life of Lord Ram for Ayodhya’s Parikrama path. Shri Kamble expressed, “I consider myself blessed to receive this award. It gives me immense motivation for future work.”

During the May Mahotsav, coinciding with the 83rd birth anniversary of Sanatan Sanstha’s founder Sachhidananda Parabrahman Dr. Jayant Balaji Athavale, four individuals were awarded the ‘Hindu Rashtra Ratna’ and twenty-one individuals were felicitated with the ‘Sanatan Dharma Shree’ award. The historic event witnessed participation of over 30,000 people from 23 countries and successfully sparked a wave of spiritual, cultural and national consciousness across the globe.

Now, once again, Sanatan Sanstha has conferred the ‘Hindu Rashtra Ratna’ award upon one distinguished individual and the ‘Sanatan Dharma Shree’ award upon five outstanding contributors to Dharma and nation.
