Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav – Third Day Highlights

Not just Kashi and Mathura, Hindus must unite for the liberation of every temple in the country – Adv Vishnu Jain.

Ponda, Goa (Sachchidananda Parabrahman Dr. Athavale Nagari) – “While the majority Hindu population receives no benefits based on religion, minorities receive over ₹3,200 crores worth of benefits through the Minority Commission every year,” said Supreme Court advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain. He was addressing the huge crowd of devotees on the 2nd day of the ‘Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnaad Mahotsav’ being held in Goa on May 18. Vishnu Jain urged Hindus to actively participate in the movement to free all temples across India from state control, not just the temples of Kashi and Mathura. He highlighted the stark disparity in the treatment of Hindus compared to minorities in our country.

In his enlightening speech to the proud Hindus gathered at the event, Jain revealed alarming trends such as Hindus converting to other religions just to gain admission into minority-run educational institutions, particularly in Uttar Pradesh. He criticized the systemic discrimination where even a mere 2 non-Muslim members on the Waqf Board drew judicial objections, while no non-Hindu places of worship are under government control, whereas Hindu temples across states are governed by various restrictive laws. “Our legal struggle for Kashi and Mathura’s liberation is ongoing, but that is not enough. Every temple must be liberated, and for that, widespread Hindu participation is essential,” expressed Jain.

The event also witnessed the release of an e-book titled ‘Why do we need Hindu Rashtra?’ by dignitaries including Mr. Uday Mahurkar of Save Culture Save Bharat Foundation, Mr. Neeraj Atri, a writer and thinker from Chandigarh, Mr. Ramesh Shinde from Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, and Mr. Abhay Vartak, spokesperson for the Sanatan Sanstha.

Dignitaries and devotees present during Sanatan Rashtra Shankhanad Mahotsav

Former central information commissioner Uday Mahurkar highlighted the intense cultural assault taking place in India through social media, OTT platforms, and films, which are rapidly degrading moral and cultural values. “The rise in sexual violence linked to rampant pornography, is a risk asd a “monster” that has entered every household via mobile phones. “To protect Sanatan culture and our future generations, it is imperative to resist this cultural onslaught,” he said.

While Mr. Neeraj Atri, author and social thinker from Chandigarh, lamented the blind imitation of Western culture by many in Indian society. He emphasized that to preserve Sanatan Dharma, it is necessary to dispel the ‘ghost’ of this cultural mimicry from the Hindu mind.

Adding to the concerns, Mr. Ramesh Shinde of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti drew attention to the growing violence against Hindus, particularly in regions like Bangladesh, Kashmir, Kerala, and Bengal. Shinde cited the recent targeted killings of Hindus in Pahalgam, where victims were selected based on their religion and said, “Across the subcontinent, Hindus are being systematically targeted. We can no longer afford to merely raise awareness. So concrete diction is now necessary,”

Referring to the legacy of Samarth Ramdas Swami, Shinde called upon Hindus to take inspiration from saints who are now actively raising awareness, urging all to prepare themselves through the Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnaad Mahotsav to fight establishment of a Hindu Rashtra.

Strict restrictions must be imposed on those who carry out cultural invasion and destroy our culture : Uday Mahurkar, Coordinator, Save Culture Save Bharat

The cultural invasion on the country is the greatest threat we currently face. Through platforms like social media, OTT, and pornography, obscene videos are being shown, and there is a direct attack on Hindu culture. Those who promote such content are essentially encouraging acts like rape. Around 80% of rapes in the country occur after watching obscene material. I had filed a complaint at a Police Station in Delhi against these platforms, but no First Information Report (FIR) was registered. The destruction of culture is increasing at an alarming rate. To counter this cultural onslaught, strict restrictions must be imposed on those destroying culture. Our demands
are as follows :
A. Under the Indecent Representation of Women Act, the punishment should be increased from 3 years to 10 years, and no bail should be granted for up to 3 years. Denial of bail for 3 years is a rule already applied to terrorists, and the same rule must be applied to these cultural terrorists. B. A ‘Law of Ethics Code’ must be established to place restrictions on the content, visuals, themes, costumes, and language in films and shows. If these limits are crossed, the punishment should be 10 to 20 years of imprisonment. Many Saints have prophesied that India will become a great nation. If there are obstacles in achieving this, then we must take the initiative to remove them. We will definitely win this fight !

Sanatan Sanstha is a truth-abiding, devout Hindu organisation : Mr Uday Mahurkar

Sanatan Sanstha is engaged in the noble work of nurturing moral and cultural values. In 2018, some fanatics demanded a ban on Sanatan Sanstha. However, having closely observed the organisations work, I, during my tenure as Deputy Editor of India Today, wrote an article in support of Sanatan Sanstha. In that article, I stated, If anything deserves a ban, it should be organisations like Tablighi Jamaat or Deoband-linked mosques—not Sanatan Sanstha;. The Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav is nothing less than a gathering of virtuous people in this era of Kaliyug !

A scholarly battle is needed to stop the fictional and expanding Christian propaganda in India : Neeraj Atri, President, National Centre for Historical Research and Comparative Studies

Just as Hindus face the threat of jihadis, an even greater threat is posed by the Christian sect.Their conversion campaigns are extremely dangerous, although not always visibly so. For over 2025 years, the Christian faith has misled the world with fabricated stories—most notably, the fictional tale of a non-existent Jesus being crucified on the cross. Following this fabricated narrative, festivals like Christmas and Easter came into practice. However, no one can fool the world forever. The time has now come to tell the truth to the world. In a country like India, which has always sought truth and values experiential knowledge, people are now being made to believe that only the content of a single book is the ultimate truth and are being pushed toward conversion. The Christian faith is based on falsehood, and this has been clearly proven by many credible historians from Western countries. The story goes that Jesus died on the cross and was resurrected three days later—a completely imaginary tale—yet it has led to traditions like celebrating Christmas in this country.

Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale is carrying out

the work of Lord Parashuram : Abhay Vartak, Spokesperson, Sanatan Sanstha

To herald the establishment of a Sanatan Rashtra, Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale has organised this grand event. This is the Shankhnad (clarion call) for the Sanatan Rashtra. To reach this stage, Sanatan Sanstha had to endure immense trials. Despite facing opposition from many powerful forces and investigative agencies that tried to destroy it, Sanatan Sanstha not only survived but now stands tall, proclaiming the vision of a Sanatan Rashtra—because the blessings of Shrikrishna are with the organisation. Goa is the land of Deity Parashuram, and today Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale is carrying forward the mission of Deity
Parashuram. Twenty-five years ago, Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale sowed the seed of Sanatan Sanstha. Today, it has grown into a mighty banyan tree, whose vast presence is now visible through this event. Every seeker in the Sanstha is deeply infused with love for the nation and Dharma in every fiber of their being. We consider ourselves as just a small monkey from Shriram’s army or a humble squirrel, contributing our little part to this divine cause. Gurudev Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale has shaped the seekers like a sculptor, turning them into embodiments of the Divine. No matter how much gratitude we express toward Him, it
will always feel insufficient.

The Shankhnad from the land of Parashuram will certainly lead to the Sanatan Rashtra :
Ramesh Shinde, National Spokesperson, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti

During the anti-Government protests in Bangladesh against the Sheikh Hasina regime, it was the Hindus who were killed. In Kashmir, Kerala, and West Bengal, the Hindu population is gradually being wiped out. In Karnataka, devout Hindu activists are being selectively murdered. Recently in Pahalgam, Hindus were killed after being asked about their religious identity. Hindus are being targeted everywhere. India has become the only country where the majority (Hindus) are the ones who suffer violence, and yet Hindus remain focused solely on raising awareness. Therefore, it is no longer sufficient to merely spread awareness; now, decisive action is needed. Just as Samarth Ramdas Swami awakened the people and inspired them to join the mission of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, today too, the Saints are spreading awareness, and we must now prepare to fight for the establishment of the Sanatan Rashtra through this Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav. When the Shankhnad happened in Rameswaram, the destruction of Lanka became certain. When the Shankhnad happened on Kurukshetra, the defeat of the Kauravas became inevitable. After Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s Shankhnad, Hindavi Swarajya was established. Now, as this Shankhnad is taking place in the land of Parashuram, the arrival of the Sanatan Rashtra is certain.

Only after breaking the enemy’s backbone will peace prevail in the country : Major Gaurav Arya (Retd), Editor-in-Chief, Chanakya Forum, Delhi

“The nation can only be protected using weapons. India has forgiven Pakistan repeatedly. Even after being defeated 3 times in wars, Pakistan attacked India again. Sanatan Dharma teaches that the enemy should not be forgiven repeatedly. Pakistan should also be knocked out; it should not be forgiven repeatedly. This is true war strategy. Only after the enemy’s backbone is broken will peace be restored in the country,” said Major Gaurav Arya (retd), Chief Editor of ‘Chanakya Forum’ in Delhi. On May 19th, during the session on ‘Sanatan Rashtra’ and ‘Diverse work of Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Jayant Athavale’ at the ‘Sanatan Rashtra Shankhanad Mahotsav’, dignitaries expressed their views. Major Gaurav Arya (retd) expressed his views on ‘Security of Sanatan Rashtra’.

Hindu Janajagruti Samiti’s work is a beacon for the society : Sunil Ghanwat, Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh coordinator, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti

Muslims receive religious education in madarasas, while Christians receive religious education in churches; however, there is no system of religious education for Hindus. In order for Hindus to receive religious education, the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) started sessions to impart religious education. At present, these sessions are being run in 500 places in the country by the HJS. The HJS launched a nationwide movement against M.F. Hussain for drawing nude pictures of Mother India and Hindu Deities. Due to this, 1,200 complaints were registered against Hussain across the country, and he had to flee the country. For the establishment of a Hindu Rashtra, more than 1,000 organizations across the country have been linked to religious work through the Global Hindu Rashtra Convention. The joint work of these organizations is going on through the Hindu Rashtra Coordination Committee. The Hindu Janajagruti Samiti has worked to give direction to the society.

Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale’s work gives direction to the nation : Ranjit Savarkar, Chairman, Swatantryaveer Savarkar National Memorial

Politicization of Hindus and militarization of politics are necessary. Hindus should be strong. The Government that came to power in the country after independence did not pay attention to this. Due to this, the country was degraded. During that time, Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Jayant Athavale started uniting Hindus. When I visited Sanatan’s ashram in Goa, I learnt about the spiritual work of Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale. Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale is the only person who is working to give direction to the nation. He is working to strengthen Hindus.

Participate in the work of spreading Sanatan Dharma abroad : Sadguru Cyriaque Vallee, SSRF

Currently, the instability and negativity have increased globally. Everyone is worried about what the future will be like. Sanatan Dharma is the only answer to this. The work of ‘Spiritual Science Research Foundation’ (SSRF) is ongoing in more than 70 countries across 5 continents of the world. 5 thousand lectures and sessions have been held on spirituality. More than 1 lakh people have been given personal guidance for spiritual upliftment. Currently, 50 weekly online satsangs are being conducted in 9 languages. The work of Spiritual Science Research Foundation is being carried out under the inspiration of Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Jayant Athavale.

Every sphere of Sanatan Dharma is Sattvik in nature : Sean Clark, Department of Spiritual Research, Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay

After the pranapratishtha of Shriram Lalla in Ayodhya’s Shriram Temple, the sattvik component in that premises is increasing. This was observed through various experiments conducted by Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalaya. Research has shown that negativity among viewers watching the pranpratishtha ceremony decreased by 60%, while positivity increased by 145%. During the Mahakumbha Parva, the positivity of those who took a 5-minute Amrit Snan increased by 60% to 133%. Indian classical dance forms and classical singing increase sattvik component and devotion. More than 600 experiments have been conducted in this way by Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay. Hindus should participate in this research work.

Goa Government should give ‘Gomata’ status to cows : Satish Pradhan, Founder, Punjab Gaurakshak Dal

Speaking on ‘Gomata and the Sanatan Rashtra’, Satish Pradhan said,”A few days ago, the Indian Army launched ‘Operation Sindoor’ against Pakistan. Indian soldiers have done a great feat. Goa is the land of Parashuram. A Gomata has been brought at the festival site. Just as the cow was given the status of Gomata in Maharashtra, considering the devotion of Hindus, the Goa Government should also follow the suit on this holy occasion of the Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav. Just as Shriram united the monkeys and Shrikrushna united the gopis and performed the work of Dharma, Hindus in the country should united and work for Dharma.

The glorious work of establishing Dharma is being done by the avatar of Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale : Sadguru Nandkumar Jadhav, Dharmapracharak, Sanatan Sanstha

By the avatar of Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale, the glorius work of establishing Dharma is being done through Sanatan Sanstha. Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale has guided seekers and spread spirituality all over the world. To achieve the goal of life, a person needs to do spiritual practice according to Gurukrupayoga. This is the path of rapid spiritual progress and is a beautiful combination of karma, devotion and knowledge. Spiritual practice according to Gurukrupayoga is not a sectarian path. Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale guided how to make spiritual progress through dance, singing and music. Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale has written spiritual texts on various topics. He has established Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay and the students who graduate from here will be no less than Saints.

‘Shri Mahadhanvantari Yajna’ concludes in a spiritually enriching atmosphere for welfare of humanity

Purohit (Priest) performing ‘Shri Mahadhanvantari Yag’

At the times when entire world is facing grave uncertainty and widespread crises, the Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav, organized by Sanatan Sanstha, brought together spiritual strength and collective prayers through the sacred ‘Shri Mahadhanvantari Yajna’. In light of the current global scenario marked by the looming threat of worldwar and the potential use of advanced technologies for biological warfare this yajna was held with the noble intention of strengthening the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of the mankind.

The yajna was conducted with the profound Vedic vision: “Lokāḥ Samastāḥ Sukhino Bhavantu” – “May all beings be happy.” This spiritually significant event was a central highlight of the Mahotsav’s 3rd day on May 19, Monday, drawing over 20,000 seekers and devotees from all over the country and across the globe.

Presiding over the event was the founder of Sanatan Sanstha, Sachchidananda Parabrahman Dr. Jayant Balaji Athavale, alongside his spiritual successors Shrisatshakti (Mrs.) Binda Singbal and Shrichitshakti (Mrs.) Anjali Gadgil. The event was also graced by Goa state’s health minister Mr. Vishwajit Rane and his wife MLA Mrs. Divya Vishwajit Rane, along with the presence of many saints, dignitaries, and spiritual leaders. The sacred chants of Vedic mantras reverberated through the venue, creating an atmosphere filled with devotion, peace, and divine energy.

Mr. Abhay Vartak, Sanatan Sanstha’s spokesperson, shared insights into the event, stating “In the divine guidance of Agamacharya Shri Arunkumar Gurumurti and Gurumurti Shivacharya, 61 devoted couples participated as yajmans (ritual hosts) in this sacred offering. When thousands of devotees and Vedic Brahmins unite in prayers, the yajna attains the stature of a ‘Maha-Yajna’ a supreme sacrificial ritual. What began as the Dhanvantari Yajna evolved into the Shri Mahadhanvantari Yajna, a global spiritual resolve, transcending individual or familial intentions to encompass the well-being of all humanity,”
