Philosophy from the Holy Geeta is being practised in the Sanatan ashram in the true sense of the term – Jagadguru Yogarushi (Dr.) Swami Satyaprakash

Sanatan ashram, Ramnathi (Goa) – Jagadguru Yogarushi (Dr.) Swami Satyaprakash from Vancouver (Canada) visited Sanatan’s Ramnathi ashram in Goa on August 16, 2019. Sanatan Sanstha’s lady seeker Miss Nidhi Deshmukh explained activities pertaining to Dharma awakening and spread of Spirituality occurring in the ashram, to Swamiji and his disciple Dr. Preeti Mishra.

They were apprised of different sevas being carried out in the ashram. Swamiji made it a point to learn about the audio-visual aids used in the spread of Dharma. He was impressed with the blackboard on which mistakes are written by seekers in the ashram and said, ‘Here the philosophies of the Bhagwad Geeta are being practiced in the true sense of the term.’ He also showed interest in research pertaining to the arts.

During his stay in the ashram he has been guiding seekers from the music section of Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay on ‘music as spiritual practice’.

Praises showered upon Sanatan’s
Ramnathi ashram and its seekers by Swamiji

1. As this ashram is a storehouse of positive energy I felt extremely good. In the afternoon instead of taking a nap I did some writing work.

2. There is an excellent blend of yam-niyam (rules and regulations) followed by seekers in the Ramnathi ashram which is essential for meditation, thus their foundation is strong.

3. Every seeker here has an attitude of sacrifice. All of them have sacrificed something and come here to perform spiritual practice, this gave me a lot of happiness. I am willing to give you everything I have, you may take whatever you want.

4. Seeing the learning attitude in seekers in the ashram Swamiji’s disciple Dr. Preeti Mishra said, ‘Swamiji is prepared to give you as much time as you wish.’
