In the matter of Facebook post inciting Pakistan to attack India A criminal offence is registered against former Congress MLA Neeraj Kumar
Goa – Former Congress MLA Neeraj Kumar had uploaded a controversial and anti-national post on his Facebook account. He said in the post, “I am happy to learn from news aired by ‘Zee News’ TV channel that Indian Air Force attacked Jaish-e-Mohammad camps by intruding Pakistan and did not cause any harm to common people there….. I hope Pakistan will also ensure that common people in India will not be put to any harm in its attack in reply to above air strike and target only the shakhas of RSS, Bajrang Dal and Sanatan Sanstha…”. In this matter, Adv. Nagesh Joshi of Sanatan Sanstha has lodged a complaint with Ponda Police station in Goa against the former Congress MLA Neeraj Kumar in various clauses of IPC 121,123,153-A and 118, as well as IT Act. In this complaint, Adv. Nagesh Joshi demanded that an offence should be arrested against former Congress MLA Neeraj Kumar and he should be immediately arrested; similarly, the matter should be thoroughly investigated in view of security of Goa.
In the complaint, Adv. Joshi adds further that accused Neeraj Bharati has given information on vital places in his controversial post so that it will assist Pakistan Army to target India. This person from Himachal Pradesh suggested targeting Sanatan Sanstha’s centre; thus pointed out the State of Goa. The State of Goa is already on the hit-list of terrorists. As per media reports, attack on India is likely to take place through sea route. Presently, a war-like situation exists in India and soldiers are sacrificing their lives for the security of the country. Neeraj Bharati has incited Pakistan Army to attack India by providing it information at this vital moment and committed an offence by writing the post.
India is proud of its variety. Many religions, languages, States, sects, organisations, political parties are living harmoniously in the country happily. The discrimination done on the basis these aspects cannot be a cause for an the attack on India by anybody. However, the Congressmen have lost the perception that they are going to extremes of politics and anti-Hindutva attitude, said Mr. Chetan Rajhans, Spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha. He also demanded that Neeraj Kumar should be immediately expelled from the party by Congress.
