Sanatan Sanstha participates in the Dnyanam Festival in Jaipur
Jaipur – Today those narrating kathas, those who are celibate or ascetic and religious leaders, Mahants, Mahamandaleshwars etc are being labelled as Saints on the worldly front but in reality only those who have made spiritual progress and have some authority in Spirituality can attain Sainthood. Hence those narrating kathas, celibates etc or those preaching Dharma though on the spiritual path may not always be Saints. Today in society 97% of so-called Saints do not have any authority in Spirituality. He was speaking during the debate on ‘Is there a need to display the potential of Saints and ascetics’ during the Dnyanam Festival organised on September 8 and 9, 2018 and attended by different religious leaders, astrologers and spiritual organisations. During this debate an individual interested in Spirituality asked why the Hindu Dharma was deteriorating despite it having so many Deities. When answering it Mr. Chetan Rajhans said that Dharma deteriorates and then has to be reinstated which is a principle of Sanatan Dharma. Today though Dharma has deteriorated we have to be active in reinstating it, it is the spiritual practice as per kal (time).
In Sanatan Dharma the entire
earth is considered as a nation – Anand Jakhotiya
The concept of the nation is expansive in Sanatan Dharma. The mantra pushpanjali says that the entire earth is a nation. In the Bhagwat Puran a reference is made to King Parikshit as ‘emperor of the earth’, The Skand Puran explains the history of churning of the ocean (samudramanthan) and states that it occurred when Madhanta was king of the earth. This makes it clear that Sanatan Darshan has the tradition of considering the earth itself as a nation; hence fire sacrifices (yadnyas) are performed and prayers are offered for universal peace in Bharat and the emotion that the entire universe is my home is harboured is what co-ordinator for Hindu Janajagruti Samiti in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan Mr. Anand Jakhotiya proclaimed during the debate on ‘Is the entire Bharat of Sanatan an absolute truth ?’
