Workshop on Spirituality for devout Hindus at Chennai

Chennai – Hindu Janajagruti Samiti organised a 1-Day workshop for devout Hindus at Chennai on 10th December. The workshop was conducted at the Ambedkar Hall, Anna Nagar (East) from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the topics of Spiritual practice and Establishing the ‘Hindu Nation’.

Devout Hindus from organisations such as Shiv Sena, Bharat Hindu Munnani, Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha, South India Hindu Mahasabha, Sriram Yuva Sena, Hindu Mahasabha Trust, All India Temple Worshippers Society, Hindu Elainaar Yeluchhi Peravai participated in the workshop. Mr. G Radhakrishnan (Tamil Nadu State President of Shiv Sena) played a pivotal role in bringing the devout Hindus together.

The workshop was held in 4 sessions starting with the topic of spiritual practice, followed by a session on establishing the ‘Hindu Nation’. Sanatan’s Saint, H.H. (Mrs.) Uma Ravichandran (who is also the co-ordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti in Tamil Nadu) started the workshop by outlining the aim of the workshop and the vision of Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Athavale.

Mrs. Kalpana Balaje and Mr. Prabhakaran spoke on the importance of spiritual practice and chanting respectively. Mr. Jaikumar conducted a subtle experiment, and Mrs. Sudha Gopalakrishnan spoke on the importance of praying.
