Varanasi : Sanatan Sanstha participates in RHA to protest against attacks on Hindus and temples

Special team be appointed to investigate the attacks of fanatics on Hindus – Pro-Hindus demand during Rashtriya Hindu Andolan (RHA)

National protest of Pro-Hindus at Varanasi

Varanasi – In Uttar Pradesh, from past few days incidents of fanatics trespassing into Hindu temples and desecrating idols, causing destruction, attacking houses of Hindus, hurling stones on processions of Hindus etc. have grown. Rashtriya Hindu Andolan (RHA) was held here at the Shastri ghat to protest this. During the RHA, pro-hindus demanded that special investigation team be appointed to probe into these attacks and heavy security be provided to temples.

Hindu Yuva Vahini’s State Vice-President Mr Manish Pandey, Vishwa Hindu Mahasangh’s State Vice-President Mr Avinash Yadav, Hindu Sena’s Vice-President of Shivpur Vidhan Sabha area Mr Hemant Mishra, Mr Ravi Shrivastav and Mr Shubham Mishra of Hindu Jagran Manch, Advocates Mr Avinash Rai, Mr Anup Kumar and Mr Vinod Kumar Patel along with the volunteers of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and Sanatan Sanstha had participated in the protest.

Other demands

1. In Bengal, the Mamata Banerjee Government has banned Durga idol immersion during Navratri on the day of Muharram. The Central Government should intervene and lift this ban.

2. A special police team be formed, both at the Central and State levels, to conduct investigation into the ‘Love Jihad’ cases.
