Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale’s Mission to Explore the Subtle World

1. Extent of the mission at the gross and subtle levels

‘My mission is 50% at the gross level and 50% at the subtle-level.’ – Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale (16.3.2017)

2. Subtle battle with negative energies
from Bhuvarlok (Nether region) to 7th Patal

Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale studied thousands of examples such as physical or psychological distress faced by seekers; manifestation of negative energies; attacks of negative energies on the belongings and premises of seekers and Saints; some unclear traditions prevalent in the society; some distress-causing incidents taking place in the environment. He then explained to the society the underlying science, the reason and their harmful effects. Later, He realised that in the battle for establishing the ‘Hindu Nation’, negative energies create obstacles for seekers who are active in this direction at a very subtle-level, subtler than physical or psycho-logical distress or manifestation of distressing energy. Effectively, the negative energies create obstacles in various ways in the task of seekers and cause distress. Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale taught seekers how to study the subtle battle and perform spiritual remedies on themselves. From 2001, with the help of Sanatan’s Saints, He has been waging a subtle battle at the spiritual level against negative energies from Bhuvarlok to those from the 7th Patal. Addressing a meeting in New Delhi, Swami Jayendra Saraswati of Kanchi Kamakoti Peetha spoke about this unknown mission of Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale. He said, ‘There is a battle between Deities and Demons in every era. In the present era, Sanatan Sanstha is waging this subtle battle under the guidance of Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale !’

3. Mission progressing through the medium of Dnyan-shakti

To accomplish any task, at least one – Ichhashakti (Energy of will), Kriya-shakti (Energy of action) or Dnyanshakti (Energy of knowledge) – is required. The task accomplished through the medium of Dnyanshakti is the guiding force for Kriya-shakti and the source of inspiration for Ichha-shakti; hence, Dnyanshakti is superior. Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale’s mission is based on Dnyanshakti. Given ahead in brief is the nature of this mission.

4. Mission being accomplished through unexpressed resolve

‘Whenever something is accomplished, seekers say, “This is the result of Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale’s resolve”. In reality, I look at vyashti and samashti with sakshibhav (Observer stance). Even if I do make an unexpressed resolve, it is only for the benefit of the samashti, meaning, others should understand Spirituality, perform spiritual practice, and establishment of the ‘Hindu Nation’, and not about worldly aspects that are not conducive to these aspects. As examples – I do not get thoughts such as ‘a public meeting should be effective’, ‘number of satsangs should increase’, ‘the website should have more visitors’. However, due to the basic unexpressed resolve for the welfare of the society, many things conducive to the mission do take place automatically. The CEO of an international company does not know everything about every country; however, the functioning of the company in every country takes place as per his wish. So is the case here; the only difference is that here it pertains to the subtle world.’ – Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale (20.5.2007)

5. Mission being accomplishment by mere existence

Just as with the rising of the sun, flowers bloom on their own and every one wakes up, tasks are accomplished by mere existence of Saints. The stages in tasks accomplished by Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale’s existence are mentioned ahead.

A. Spiritual healing of seekers

To begin with, seekers performing the seva of Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale, then seekers in the Ashram and lastly, seekers in Bharat and overseas were provided spiritual healing. Many seekers have had the spiritual experience that when an earnest prayer is made to Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale during physical / psychological distress or a prayer is made to Him by keeping His photo in front or when He is nearby, the distress reduces drastically. Seekers have also had the spiritual experience of someone subtly taking His form and performing spiritual healing.

B. Seekers progressing spiritually

To begin with, seekers performing the seva of Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale, then seekers in the Ashram and lastly, seekers in Bharat and overseas started progressing spiritually. A line in an abhang of Saint Tukaram about Saints means – ‘Without wasting time, He makes them like Himself’. Many seekers have not even seen Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale in person, and yet this is happening.

C. Spread of Sanatan’s mission

Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale has not been able to leave the Ashram due to ill health since 2007; yet, Sanatan’s mission is continuously spreading all over the world. In this context, through the medium of Jivanadi reader H.H. (Dr) OmUlaganathan, the Maharshi says – ‘God is the Prime Minister. He does not go everywhere. He distributes work. Param Guruji (Paratpar Guru [Dr] Athavale) functions on the same lines. Without stepping out of His room, the task associated with the world is being accomplished because of the Gurutattva’. Guidance provided by Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale has made the seekers spiritually capable; hence, all  this is possible.

D. Maharshi says that physical existence of
Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale is necessary for establishing the ‘Hindu Nation’

‘Physical existence of Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale is necessary for establishing the ‘Hindu Nation’. In the times to come, Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale will progressively spend more time in the state of Samadhi (A superconscious state of meditative union with God Principle). He will not be able to function through His speech and eyes; yet, the mission of establishing the ‘Hindu Nation’ as expected by Him will continue. The very purpose of His birth is to establish the ‘Hindu Nation’. Just as Shri Vishnu controls the Universe reclining on the Sheshanag, the mission of establishing the ‘Hindu Nation’ will be accomplished through the existence of Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale in the Samadhi state.’ This has been stated by Maharshi through the medium of H.H. (Dr) OmUlaganathan.’

6. Getting spiritual experiences
associated with of Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale

Since Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale is a Saint of the highest level (highest authority in Spirituality), Sanatan’s seekers and seekers in various sects, devout Hindus and Saints who perform spiritual practice as per different Paths of Spirituality get spiritual experiences about Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale. Seekers and devout Hindus experience that they are mere mediums; it is He who is performing tasks through them. They feel that without His grace, the mission pertaining to the Nation and Dharma is just not possible to accomplish. Hence, they seek His guidance. (Seekers get these spiritual experiences due to their own spiritual emotion, not everyone may experience this.)(Spiritual experiences pertaining to Paratpar Guru [Dr] Athavale have been published in Sanatan’s Holy text – ‘Spiritual experiences of seekers – Part 1 & 2’)

E. Other aspects

E 1. Reason why the Divine resolve functions through the medium of Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale

Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale has a comprehensive mission of establishing the ‘Hindu Nation’, and God is always helping Him in His mission. Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale is bereft of ego; hence, He gives all the credit to God. Constant communion with God and Saint Bhaktaraj Maharaj keeps Him continuously in the ‘present moment’. He relies completely on God and remains in the state of Anand (Bliss).

E 2. The process of activation of the Divine resolve

a. The mission of establishing the ‘Hindu Nation’ has a number of sevas, which cannot be completed simultaneously. Therefore, God gives Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale Divine Knowledge on aspects such as spiritual practice, satseva of seekers, spreading the mission for protection of the Nation and awakening of Dharma. He notes down all these aspects and acts accordingly.

b. When Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale guides seekers and Saints on spiritual practice, they get energy from God, and the resolve gets activated through their medium. At such times, Saints and seekers experience God’s existence, and the task gets performed through their medium.

c. When seekers pray to God, He helps them in the subtle form of Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale; for, the seekers have bhav unto Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale. Since seekers have yearning, they obtain the energy of resolve and any seva gets completed through their medium.

E 3. Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale and other Saints

a. Some Saints advise Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale to perform certain spiritual remedies, chanting etc. and on His part, Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale follows them precisely. This leads to a Divine resolve, and the Divine mission gets help through the medium of Saints.

b. Some Saints have neither heard about Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale, nor have they ever met Him. These Saints have knowledge necessary for sadhana and the mission of Dharma. The Divine resolve gets activated at such times, and these Saints get associated with the samashti mission of Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale.

E 4. Saint Bhaktaraj Maharaj’s resolve is active for the vyashti and samashti sadhana of seekers and Saints

Saint Bhaktaraj Maharaj made a resolve long ago for the accomplishment of the samashti component of Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale’s mission. This samashti mission, which is going on continuously, is very much a consequence of His resolve being active. This resolve is also active for the vyashti and samashti sadhana of seekers and Saints and to quicken the spread of Spirituality.

E 5. The Divine resolve active through the medium of Sanatan’s Holy texts and through the medium of various websites of Sanatan Sanstha

This resolve is also active in the interests of Sanatan’s Holy texts and various websites of Sanatan Sanstha; as a result, increasing number of people are getting attracted to them and getting inspired to perform spiritual practice. Thus, God Himself is helping the spiritually curious in getting suitable guidance for their spiritual practice.’
