1. Press conference on ‘Rehabilitation of
Kashmiri Hindus’ and ‘Freeing temples undertaken by Govt’
If union government accepts the Genocide of
Kashmiri Hindus, then only can it rehabilitate them ! – Panun Kashmir
Ramnathi (Goa) : Nearly 3 decades have passed after the exile of lakhs of Kashmiri Hindus. In view of this, in support of the Kashmiri Hindu community in particular and across the country in general, the three non-negotiable demands should be implemented for the return and rehabilitation of the Kashmiri Hindus and save the Civilizational conflict country across the country in fast pace –
1. Acceptance of the problem as Religious Cleansing and Genocide !
The issue of return and rehabilitation of Kashmiri Hindus, who were exiled in the decade 1990, to Kashmir valley cannot be addressed without recognizing the fact that they were subjected to Religious cleansing and Genocide which eventually lead to their displacement. Addressing the issue of return and rehabilitation of Kashmiri Hindus in any other concocted context only compounds the problem and is tantamount to the denial of Genocide, which will replicate across the country on the similar pattern as in Valley.
2. Forming a Tribunal of Justice !
The Government of India should recognize the problem of uprooting of Kashmiri Hindus as Genocide and invoke the covenants of prevention of genocide. It was further resolved the government of India should create a tribunal to bring the perpetrators of Genocide of Kashmiri Hindus to justice.
3. Centrally Administrative Place, A Union Territory !
The Kashmiri Hindus be rehabilitated at one centrally administered territory by the name ‘Panun Kashmir’ (Our Kashmir) in Kashmir valley with free flow of Indian Constitution. A sustainable and permanent return of Kashmiri Hindus will be possible only in such a dispensation.
The above statement was made by Shri. Rahul Kaul, National Coordinator of ‘Youth for Panun Kashmir’ while speaking at a press conference organised on the side of the 8th All India Convention for the ‘Hindu Rashtra’ being held at Vidyadhiraj Meeting Hall in Ramnathi. Shri. Rohit Bhat, National Vice President of ‘Youth for Panun Kashmir’, Shri. T.R. Ramesh, President of ‘Temple Worshippers Society’ from Chennai and Shri. Ramesh Shinde, National Spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti were present at the press conference.
‘The situation of Bengal now is similar to the situation of Kashmir 20 years back. And hence, Hindus should do something on time else their existence itself will be in danger’, said Shri. Rohit Bhat.
‘Twenty-nine long years have passed since the exile of Kashmiri Hindus. The newly elected Government should at least now take steps for their rehabilitation. We will keep supporting Kashmiri Hindus invariably till ‘Panun Kashmir’ is formed, said Shri. Ramesh Shinde, national spokesperson of HJS.
Unconstitutional take-over of temples
by the Government should be withdrawn ! – T. R. Ramesh
Shri. T.R. Ramesh, President of ‘Temple Worshippers Society’ of Chennai said, “The Fundamental Religious Rights given under Article 25 of the Indian Constitution is available to all citizens including Hindus. Similarly, there is no religious bias or restriction that can be imposed on the Fundamental Religious and Administrative Rights that are available to Religious Denominations or sections thereof or to the Fundamental Cultural Rights available under Article 29(1). It is a fallacy to believe that these rights are available only to the members of the minority religions.
2. Session on protecting temples : It is highly essential that
Hindus awaken about the Islamisation of Ayodhya !
Ramnathi (Goa) : Ayodhya is the Koushalnagari created by the Gods. The total area of Ayodhya is 84 kos (about 252 kilometers). This area had dasharathkund, seetakund, saptasagar sarovar and other lakes and ponds; but today Ayodhya’s area has shrunk down to a mere 5 kilometers. Ayodhya is being rapidly islamised with 34 masjids and mazars having been built till date. It is crucial that the Hindus awaken to this. This information was given by AcharyaVaidya Ramprakash Pandey, manager, Sadguru Seva Pratishthan, Ayodhya.
He said that ’27 ponds including Dasharathkund, Seetakund have disappeared from Ayodhya. Illegal structures have been built on the land which once had lakes. Yoginikund and Saptasagar Sarovar were sold to land mafia; while others were illegally occupied. But there has been not definitive action against this by the government or the administration. This is destroying the Sanatan culture in Ayodhya’. He was speaking in the session on protection to Temples in the 8th All India Convention for the Hindu Rashtra. Shri. P Madan Gupta (Founder, Rishi Jeevan Samaj, Telangana), Shri. Ramesh TR (President, Temple Worshippers Society, Chennai Tamil Nadu), Tridandi swami Shri Chaitanyadas Bharati Maharaj (VP, Hindu Aikya Vedi, Malappuram, Kerala) and Shri. Chetan Gadi (AP and Telangana coordinator, HJS) were present.

In times to come, the innocence of Sanatan and HJS will be proved !
– Ramesh Shinde, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti
Sanatan Sanstha exposed scams in Dr. Narendra Dabholkar’s trust and found out illegal deposits made by the Marxist Communist Party in the Cooperative bank under Govind Pansare. Due to this, the progressives along with investigating agencies are making Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti a ‘soft target’. Furthermore, they are trying hard to term Sanatan a terrorist organisation by using ‘Goebbels techniques’. Leftists have killed many devout Hindu leaders and activists in Kerala and Karnataka.
This matter is not being discussed; however, it is being pretended that only the killings of Dabholkar, Pansare, Gauri Lankesh and Kalburgi have occurred, and devout Hindu organisations are terrorists. Since evidence is lacking in the cases filed in the Court, the cases are also not being heard. However, the innocence of Sanatan and HJS will be proved in coming days, said Shri. Ramesh Shinde, National Spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti.
3. Discussion : Is it right on the part of Govt. to take over temples ?
Campaign should be undertaken at national level
to stop Government from taking over temples ! – Common opinion of dignitaries
Nation-wide movement should be staged to stop Government from taking over management of temples and to free temples already taken over by Governments; everyone should take active part in opposing malpractices taking place in managing temples from respective areas, was the general feeling expressed during Seminar held on the topic of ‘Is it right on Govt.’s part to take over temples?’. On the fourth day of the 8th All India Convention for the Hindu Rashtra, the above Seminar was held. Shri. Ramesh Shinde, national spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS), Shri. Anil Dhir, General Secretary of ‘Bharat Raksha Manch’, Shri. Chetan Rajhans, national spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha, Shri. T. R. Ramesh, President, ‘Temple Worshipers’ Society’, Chennai and Mrs. Ritu Rathaur of ‘Hindu Charter’ participated in this Seminar. Shri.
