Judge who dilly-dallied to order medical checkups of accused in the Gauri Lankesh murder case was issued a show-cause notice ! – Adv. Amrutesh NP, National Vice President, HVP

Advocates have the capacity to change the system. Amol Kale, an accused in the Gauri Lankesh case was brutally beaten in the police custody so that he should not talk in court. HVP advocate Virendra Ichalkaranjikar had one look at the faces of the accused and realised that they have been subject to police brutality. Even though the advocate brought this to the notice of the court, it was noticed that the judge was dilly dallying to order a medical checkup of the accused. It also brought to our attention that the judge was not discharging his duties fairly. So we raised our voice against this and sent a formal letter of complaint to the higher court. taking cognisance of this complaint the concerned judged was issued a show-cause notice! This also created a sense of trepidation amongst the Judges.

Ploy to spread intellectual terrorism using the murders of Dr. Dabholkar, Pansare, Kalburgi and Gowri Lakesh ! – Adv. Virendra Ichalkarnjikar, President, HVP

Across the country naxals have killed over 12 Thousand innocent people. But nobody talks about that. Dr. Dabholkar, Pansare, Kalburgi and Gowri Lakesh murders are being discussed all across the country. This is a ploy to spread intellectual terrorism. The Congress spread the hindu terror bogey. The CBI and S I T are now arresting innocent activists of Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti under false cases. These arrests are an attempt to silence the voice of Hindutva. It is a ploy to create confusion in the minds of common Hindus. The way Mobile phones come in various iterations, the same way investigating agencies are presenting various iterations of the same charge sheet. In this transition period, the responsibility of protecting the nation and dharma has fallen on our shoulders. We have to follow the ideal of Tanaji Malusare (Shivaji’s general) and set aside everything else to work to protect the nation and Dharma. History will remember us regardless of whether we find success in this task or whether we attain martyrdom in the process.

Advocate Virendra Ichalkaranjikar while addressing the delegates on the topic of ‘False accusations levelled against proHindu organisations and the reality’, spoke in depth about the accusations levelled in the Dr. Dabholkar, Pansare, Kalburgi and Gowri Lakesh cases and the deceit of the investigating agencies. He also presented examples of empty claims after the investigating agencies. This talk shed light on how Hindutva is being systematically oppressed and the stories the Investigating agencies concoct.

HVP member Kritika Khatri presented her views on the role of advocates in establishing the Hindu Rashtra.

Shri. Sumit Sagvekar compered the program.
