Object pleasure - When enjoying a delicious meal, the source, that
is, the meal, is external (to our subtle body or the mind) and the taste buds
in the tongue are nourished.
Sensual pleasure - When thinking about sensual desires, the source is the
attitude (thoughts) of the mind and the mind itself is nourished.
Inner Bliss - Experienced by an individual in the transitory state between
waking and sleep, when the mind is still and so the subtler body, that is, the
causal body or the intellect, gets nourished.
