Question: For the past two years I have been doing the spiritual practice of chanting* according to the guidance of the Sanatan organization. Currently, I am chanting The Lord’s Name according to my religion (the Name of our Kuldevata). In the past, I have also done other chants, such as that from the seven-chant experiment. I experience some physical distress from any chant. Why is that?
