Messages to Seekers
Beware of distressing energies that have started
giving distress through gross (physical) medium:

Distressing energy manifests in a lady, forcefully demanding seekers to move away the exhibition of the Sanatan organization’s books and later on the lady being unable to justify her squabble with seekers

On January 25, 2004, on the occasion of Shri Ganesh Jayanti, a seeker and myself had put up a book exhibition at Haripur, in Sangli District (Maharashtra), India on the premises of the Lord Ganesh temple. A lady was staring angrily at the exhibition from a distance. After a while, she approached us angrily, demanding the removal of the exhibition.

I tried to pacify her, since I feared that the bookstalls would collapse from all the jostling by the crowds. She, however, paid no heed and continued shouting loudly. People gathered and suddenly I realized that the lady was troubled by a distressing energy, which opposed the setting up of the exhibition. After some time, I saw a big man in her. To ward off an attack by distressing energies on the exhibition, I prayed to Sri Durgadevi saying, “Let us seekers and the exhibition be protected and let the distressing energies be destroyed.” The lady returned again saying, “If you do not move the exhibition, I shall move it” and started pulling the tables. I got furious with the distressing energy in her and thought, “How dare the distressing energy bring obstacles in my Guru’s mission of establishing Righteousness?” I removed her hand from the books and sternly warned her to stop touching the books. Hearing this, she was unable to look at me and she turned to quarrel with another seeker. Meanwhile, I continued to chant Sri Durgadevi’s Name in my mind.

Suddenly, a person whisked her away. After she had calmed down, she was unable to justify her behavior.

Seekers, increase spiritual practice and protect yourself!
Due to severe attacks by distressing energies on the Subtle Department seekers, their capacity to fight against the distressing energies has reduced. Now they can only subtly analyze events and advise on the spiritual practice to be undertaken. For the past few months, seekers have been advised to increase their spiritual practice, in order to protect themselves but now it is the need of the hour. The number of Subtle Department seekers doing spiritual treatment has reduced from 21 to nine for the following reasons –

1. For the last two years, they have ignored their own spiritual practice just to help hundreds of seekers overcome distressing energy problems, risking their own lives.

2. As foretold by distressing energies, distressing energies from 6th and 7th levels of hell (patal) have attacked them; they now have to do their own spiritual practice to survive. Therefore, there will no more be spiritual treatments in any hermitage (ashram) or center. However, their subtle sense organs being very active and powerful, they can still do subtle analysis and advise on the spiritual practice to be done.

Seekers should therefore increase chanting*, spiritual practice and become independent!

*If one is not currently doing any spiritual practice, one can begin with the simple, but powerful spiritual practice of chanting or constantly remembering God's Name according to one's religion.

  • Seekers in the initial stages of spiritual practice (less than one year) can repeat The Name of the Lord as per their religion (refer to Issue 3 Clarification of Doubts section for details).
  • Those seekers who have been doing regular spiritual practice for over a year or so can determine the appropriate chant for them from the experiment given in Issue 124, Message to Seekers section.
