    H. H. Dr. Jayant Athavale conducts weekly satsangs in the various centers of the Sanatan throughout India. These encompass several topics, such as spiritual practice, Saints, Deities, the science of Spirituality, etc. Below are some of the points He shared with seekers in a recent satsang.
H.H. Raghuvir Maharaj, a devotee of Lord Hanuman, sets an example of what a seeker should ask for from God

His Holiness (H. H.) Raghuvir Maharaj performs sacrificial fires (yadnyas) in the various hermitages (ashrams) of the Sanatan organization to alleviate the distressing energy troubles of the Sanatan seekers. Each time He performs a sacrificial fire, the distressing energies create life-threatening obstacles for Him. During one such sacrificial fire, He lost His voice. At that time He prayed to Lord Hanuman, “O Lord, Please allow me to speak at least to the extent of advising seekers in the satsangs and for performing your worship.” Another seeker may have prayed to get his voice back. However, H. H. Raghuvir Maharaj asked to be allowed to guide other seekers. He has thus set an ideal example for all seekers about what to ask from God, namely, that seekers should not ask for the removal of problems, but for the ability to bear them and continue spiritual practice.
