Answer to the Subtle Experiment in Issue 230:
Figure A had a picture of Sri
Ramakrishna Paramhansa,
a great Guru from 19th century Bengal, India. One feels Blissful while
looking at it.
Sri Ramakrishna was the epitome of spiritual
emotion. Spiritual emotion means the intense awareness of God’s
presence and intense love for Him. That is why this picture adorns the
cover page of the Sanatan organization’s
publication, Vol. 5A:
Spiritual Practice for Awakening Spiritual Emotion.
This volume gives practical suggestions and examples of how one can make
efforts to awaken and increase spiritual emotion within oneself.
On July 12, 2003, a distressing
energy called Shivali gave the following
information about this volume, “It is the wish of The Lord Himself
that this volume should be published. This volume has the energy of the
Holy text, Ramayana. The cover page of this volume contains 35% sattvikta (which is way above the average spiritual purity in pictures). Once this
volume enters one’s home, it will be difficult for us to enter that
home. It will be very difficult for us to trouble a seeker in possession
of this volume, because the moment the seeker holds this volume, he will
experience an increase in spiritual emotion.” One can imagine the
benefits of actually practicing and developing spiritual emotion, if even
a volume and cover page giving its importance can have such benefits.
