Seekers, increase your own spiritual level to
overcome obstacles of distressing energies
From the last three-years Sanatan seekers are being troubled by distressing energies. Initially when this distress started, seekers were advised to get spiritual remedies from Saints at various places in India to over come the distress. Accordingly, seekers have been getting spiritual remedies to overcome distress related to the distressing energies. Many seekers have obtained benefits of such remedies. During the intial period of those three years, the distress was relatively less; but in the later stages, the distressing energies increased their attack on the seekers.Currently, the attacks by Mantriks on seekers are much more intense as compared to previous attacks. To overcome the distresses caused by Mantriks, it is imperative that seekers increase their capabilities as it has been observed that the spiritual remedies given by Saints result in reduction of troubles for some time; but due to one’s spiritual practice not being proper and inconsistant these distresses come back again. Hence it is necessary that seekers become independent for overcoming the current distress caused by distressing energies. To overcome spiritual problems, it is necessary to continue doing the below remedies as their spiritual practise:

Chant 5 hours daily. (Two hours collective and three hours individual. Only those seekers who are able to do gross seva properly should chant for 5 hours. Others should try to perform gross seva properly and chant for only 30 minutes.)
Find out appropriate chant* to counter distressing energy every forthnight (if possible).
Drink Vibhuti-water (holy-Ash water) frequetenly and doing mandal of chanting strips around the bed at night.
PerformVastu-purification regularly.
Make efforts to increasing kshatravrutti.
Make regular efforts to remove personality defects** and reduce mistakes while doing seva.
Seekers, take leave from work in order to derive
maximum spiritual benefit from seva for Gurupournima

On the day of Gurupournima (July 2 this year), the Guru’s grace and the knowledge that comes from Him is thousand times more than one receives on other days. But only those who are actively participating in Gurupournima celebrations get the benefit of Guru’s grace and His knowledge in proportion to their participation. The preparations for the celebrations start much before the actual Gurupournima. This year, there has been some delay in this regard. Seekers should therefore try to take leave from work in order to derive maximum spiritual benefit from the seva for Gurupournima.

Seekers without the quality of seekership should do
chanting for half an hour and satseva for the rest of time daily

We have now done arrangement for 5 hours chanting for all the seekers as told by Sri Durgadevi. Some of the seekers are unable do Bhavpoorna chanting because the amount of their mistakes on gross level is large such as not listening to others, not doing the seva assigned honestly or not completing it in time or taking more than usual time for completing it, the number of mistakes in any seva being on a high side etc. At the same time they cannot derive the benefit from chanting of name as expected by Sri Durgadevi. As long as seekers are doing mistakes on gross level, they won’t be able to do chanting with full concentration of mind. No matter how much the seekers would chant they won’t be able to attain expected spiritual growth. It is therefore necessary that top priority should be accorded to reducing the mistakes on gross level.

In view of the above, those who have yet to attain the quality of seekership should be advised to do the quota of half-hour chanting and seva for the rest of time. If the amount of mistakes of a seeker doing satseva in the ashram (Kendra-sevak) or region-sevak (seeker responsible for a region) is large, they may be changed and their responsibility may be handed over to another seekers.

Seekers extending their satseva after midnight should chant without fail

The distressing energies’ trouble is increasing day by day. In order to increase spiritual power and to fight against the distressing energies seekers should do more and more chanting and prayers. As per Saint Tukaram’s saying “For the one who serves God, everything is good,” it is expected that one’s chanting occurs for 24 hours. The benefit of chanting done after midnight is sucked by the distressing energies. Due to this fear many seekers do not chant after midnight. On the contrary seekers staying awake after midnight for doing satseva should chant without fail; because in this time period the ill effect of distressing energies is more than other times. Also one should pray to God before going to bed that one’s chanting occurs even during sleep.

Seekers, always be aware when we chant,
are we getting benefit of chanting?

Currently, distressing enerigies are attacking seekers on a large scale. Their main aim is to snatch (grab) positive energy generated due to chanting. Hence, all seekers should pray that let (seeker’s name) derive maximum benefit of this chanting.

Act with kshtravrutti while giving autosuggestion
about removal of personality defects**

While chanting seekers are having spiritual emotion (Bhav) that the chant is a weapon to fight against distressing energies. Similar spiritual emotion (Bhav) should be maintained while giving autosuggetions for personality defects. That means one should maintain kshtravrutti while giving autosuggestions. “My every suggestion is a weapon, and this weapon is affecting my shortcoming.” Similarly, one should have spiritual emotion that this autosuggestion means I am fighting with enthusiasm and confidence with distressing energies who are taking undue advantage of my personality defects.

* Please refer to Issue 124, Message to Seekers section to conduct the expreiment to find out the appropriate chant to counter distressing energy.
