Reduction in distressing energy trouble during Bhav Satsang preparation after making constant prayers

    Every week, I used to prepare points to be emailed for the international bhav satsang. Recently, when preparing the points for the bhav satsang, I experienced many obstacles, such as heaviness in the head from distressing energies. I started constantly praying to Sri Durgadevi that Her weapons strike the distressing energies posing obstruction in spiritual practice and that the weapons continuously revolve around me to make a protective sheath. Upon praying thus, the distress reduced gradually.

    Recently I have been experiencing a lot of obstacles from distressing energies in the form of heavy breathing sounds in my ear. One night as I was experiencing this, I placed the cassette cover of Spiritual Practice by H.H. Dr. Athavale next to my ear. Immediately the sound stopped and after some time I heard the subtle sound of H.H. Dr. Athavale’s heartbeat.
