Messages to Seekers
For week ending February 14, 2004
Seekers, keep the following in mind
before repeating (chanting*) The Lord’s Name
1. The distressing energies are giving me sleepless nights.
2. The distressing energies have not allowed me to enjoy either my spiritual life or my mundane life. I am deprived of my happiness.
3. Due to distressing energies, I am unable to enjoy the happiness of repeating (chanting) The Lord’s Name.
4. The distressing energies have put negative thoughts in my mind and thus widely distanced me from God.
5. The distressing energies against which I am fighting are taking away the fruit of my whole day’s spiritual practice.
6. The distressing energies are ready and waiting for the opportune time to kill me; if I don’t kill them, they will kill me.
7. Due to distressing energies, I am unable to perform Guru’s satseva efficiently.
8. The distressing energies have often brought hurdles in the divine cause of my Guru. They are attacking my Guru day in and day out and snatching away his life energy.
9. There is no alternative to repeating (chanting) The Lord’s Name for removal of distressing energy and for Realization of God.
10. The distressing energies that are taking me away from my Guru and God will be destroyed through the repetition (chanting) of The Lord’s Name.
11. The Divine Kingdom cannot be established without first destroying the distressing energies.
12. The distressing energies often put wrong thoughts and doubts in the seeker’s mind.
13. The distressing energies have given distress to many of my dear seekers; they have even killed some seekers.
14. The distressing energies have reduced the righteousness (Dharma)/sattvikta in the society.

In our day-to-day life, our behavior with the person who harasses us in the above manner is hostile. We don’t want even to see his face, we even think of somehow finishing him off. We think in this manner knowing full well that there is none to help us in the situation. However, here we have God behind us with all His might. We have the double-edged weapon of repeating (chanting) His Name. Why doesn’t our blood boil for retaliation? Or are we going to waste our life in just crying like a child?

Growth in the campaign of internal purification of Sanatan!

    H. H. Dr. Jayant Athavale has started the campaign of internal purification to amend the disruptions in the working of the organization. To begin with, He personally went and looked into the workings of the Sanatan organizations in Mumbai, Thane, Raigad, Satara, Sangli, Kolhapur, Vidharbha, Jalgoan, Solapur and Belguam in India.

Dr. Durgesh Samant also joined in this process, by visiting the Sanatan center’s in Goa, Vapi, Baroda, Ahmedabad in Gujarat; Jaipur, Sojat road in Rajasthan; Faridabad in Hariyana; Varanasi, Mathura, Allahabad, Lucknow, Kanpur, Sultanpur, Faizabad in Uttar Pradesh; Danbad in Zharkhand and Kolkatta in West Bengal.

Both of them discussed the mistakes made by seekers in front of everyone and after analyzing them, the shortcomings in the workings of the organization were studied. As per the requirements, a new work procedure has also been put into practice. The first step according to this new work procedure is to remove the shortcomings in the reports made by the centers. Stress is laid on making these reports flawless and within time. Also, wherever required, the whole working process of the particular Center is being reorganized. The process of internal purification is to be implemented in (all the Sanatan centers) all districts.

Report to the nearest Sanatan center if you see this bhuvlok seeker!
Sri Krusnaji Ghate
The above picture is of our bhuvlok seeker Krishnaji Ghate. He visits various Sanatan centers to perform satseva and to assist seekers. If any seeker sees him through subtle vision, please report about his visit and the assistance he offered to your nearest Sanatan center.
* Constant remembrance or repetition of The Lord’s Name (Seekers at the initial stage should chant the Name of the Kuldevata or the divine principle as per their religion; refer to Issue 3, Clarification of Doubts section for a list of the Names of The Lord to repeat in various religions. Seekers in the advanced stage of spiritual practice can refer to Issue 124, Message to Seekers section to determine the Name appropriate for them to repeat.)
