Doubts about spiritual practice
I want to know Christ and the power of His resurrection and the sharing of His sufferings by becoming like Him in His death, if somehow I may attain the resurrection from the dead.
- The Holy Bible, Philippians 3.10-11.

Implied Meaning:

‘If somehow I may attain the resurrection from the dead’ is a doubt, which arises when the mind is functioning, as creating doubts is the very function of the mind. Only when the mind is destroyed do doubts vanish.

The quote ‘by becoming like him in his death’ refers to death of the ego, which must occur before God can be realized.

The desire to experience everything that Lord Jesus experienced continues as long as the mind is functional. When it is destroyed no such desire arises, as one experiences and truly understands what Jesus or God is.
