| Tretayug Yug means Era. According to Eastern philosophy, time since Creation can divided into four major Eras. First being Satyayug, followed by Tretayug, followed by Dvaparyug, and lastly the current era that we live in, i.e., the Kaliyug. In the Tretayug, the average spiritual level was 55%, and the recommended spiritual practice was the path of meditation. |
| Trigunas The Three Components. The entire universe is made up of three components sattva, raja and tama denoting purity, activity and ignorance, respectively. They are the finest and most subtle particles much more subtle than even electrons in an atom. The sattva component is the one that one should try to acquire maximally. |
