Ida
    The Chandra (moon) nadi, that is, the channel that runs to the left of the Sushumna nadi in the spiritual energy flow system (Kundalini). The energy that flows through this channel is soothing Spiritual energy, that is, predominantly sattvik (purity).

Ignorance (spiritual)
    Ignorance about one's true (divine) identity. That is, the sense that one is separate from God. Spiritual ignorance or ego leads one to believe that one is but the physical body; it is regardless of one's worldly education/knowledge.

Incarnation
    The word avatar, meaining incarnation, is derived from two Sanskrut words, 'ava' and 'tru'. Descent from a higher status to a lower one itself is an incarnation. Thus, when the Lord leave His abode and desends to the earth to accomplish His mission, He is said to have assumed an incarnation. When the Supreme God assumes the physical form of a man and spends some period or the entire life time in that physical form, it is called an incarnation.

Lord Indra
    Lord Indra is the king of all deities. His Vehicle is Iravatan, an elephant.

Introversion
    Restraining contact of the senses with sense objects. For example, when one's eyes are closed, their contact with external scenes is restrained, hence, external stimuli do not reach the mind through the eyes.

Ishwarechcha
    'Ishwar' means God, 'echcha' means wish. Thus, doing as per God's wish.
