The significance
of the subtle yama, surya, prajapati and sanyukta frequencies
is as follows:
 |
The prajapati frequencies
cause an increase in the fertility of the soil, development
of intellect, appearance of new springs in wells, an
increase in the phlegm (kapha) humour in the body, etc. |
 |
The yama frequencies
result in rainfall, sprouting of plants, conception in
women, proper development of the fetus in the uterus,
an increase in the wind (vata) humour in the body, etc. |
 |
The surya frequencies
result in burning of plants due to rise in temperature
of the soil, development of skin diseases, decrease in
productivity of the soil, an increase in the bile (pitta)
humour in the body, etc. |
 |
The sanyukta frequencies are
a combination of the three – prajapati, surya and
yama. Those with a higher proportion of prajapati frequencies
are referred to as prajapati sanyukta frequencies. The
surya sanyukta and yama sanyukta frequencies are produced
in a similar way. |
The proportion of the
three subtle components (trigunas) in the frequencies reaching
the earth is given in the below table.
