Discourses
To acquaint people with the science of Spirituality and spiritual
practice (sadhana), the organization conducts discourses free of charge at
more than a thousand venues in India and abroad in various languages. In these
discourses guidance is provided about the misconceptions regarding Spirituality,
what is the exact nature of spiritual practice, what are the paths of spiritual
practice, which is the appropriate spiritual practice, which is the most superior
spiritual practice for today's times, i.e., for Kaliyug,
etc. After the discourses, there is a question-answer session for clarification
of doubts.

Weekly
Spiritual Meetings (satsangs)
To motivate aspirants and seekers for pursuing spiritual
practice and also to help maintain continuity in their spiritual practice, the
organization conducts free weekly satsangs in different places. In these gatherings,
theoretical information about the various topics in Spirituality is provided;
emphasis is laid on clarifying a seeker's doubts and providing guidance about
the seeker's individual spiritual practice as well as the further stages in spiritual
practice – chanting, service and sacrifice.

Child Guidance
Class (Balsanskarvarga)
Inculcating desirable values at a tender age helps the
child to develop into a well-balanced personality. Teaching children to do spiritual
practice, helps in fostering these values. In fulfilling this objective, the
significance of spiritual practice is explained in very simple language to children
attending these classes.

Workshops on
Spirituality
Workshops are organised for aspirants desirous of further
study and for seekers conducting satsangs. Generally, the duration of these workshops
is 4-5 hours; they involve a detailed study of topics related to Spirituality.

These are conducted in government institutions, corporate
houses, industries, etc., for the promotion of managerial and organizational

Rallies
To create awareness about Spirituality amongst the people
and also to convince them of the significance of destroying evil (kshatradharma
sadhana), rallies are organized. These rallies involve a practical demonstration
of karate, lathi and other self-defence techniques.

Training in
Self-Defence
The Sanstha imparts training in self-defence at various
places, free of charge in order to increase the physical prowess as well as to
improve the mental strength of seekers thus enhancing their capacity to fight

Relief Measures
in Calamities, Training in First Aid and Fire Fighting
Man's life may be threatened by natural calamities like
floods, cyclones, earthquakes, war and anarchical situations. In such situations
many a time government machinery fails to provide adequate relief to citizens.
To remedy this, Sanatan has begun training courses in relief measures during
calamities and first aid for citizens, free of charge. Besides this, legal action
will be also taken.

Appropriate Campaigns
to Create Awareness of Righteousness (Dharma) and Nation Building
With a view to create awareness of Righteousness and
for nation building, campaigns are being launched through various media against
malpractices occurring in society, e.g., malpractices occurring during religious
festivals, denigrating deities through use of their pictures in advertisements,
etc. Henceforth such campaigns will be carried out during all religious festivals
and appropriate information will be provided from a religious and spiritual point
of view. Besides this, legal action will be also taken.
